WOYWW . . . Prayer Changes Everything

This is my what's on your worktop offering for this week.  A little girl in deep reflection.  I think she looks very content.  I'm not so sure about that cat however!  Somehow I think he's eyeing up his lunch!  As usual this is available as a card or a fullsized print.  Just message me to find out how.

Thanks so much for looking. If you would like to catch up with some more talented artists do check out the What's On Your Worktop page.  They're all pretty wonderful!

Actually I think the cat looks kinda smug, like he is thinking of something the little girl knows nothing about, maybe he already ate her lunch! lol waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :) #139

Another amazing looking piece! I'm really starting to look forward to coming to visit you! That cat looks very wicked indeed, but the wee girl will keep him right I'm sure! I do hope the birdie will manage to get away in any case....

Ah Marie, she's beautiful, you are such a talent. Do you hand write the lettering too?

Marie said...

I wish I could do lettering like that Julia! I use a program on the computer to do the lettering.

I love today's drawing/painting. Yes, I do believe the cat is praying for a spot of lunch (and planning some mischief afterwards, because that is what cats do). Beautiful!

fantastic art work! I think the cat is offering up a prayer of thanks for the warm sun. Far less sinister!!!
